You will receive a printed or digital written report covering: your Prakriti summary, a 7-day sample daily schedule, food lists organised by what to favour and avoid, a 30-day herbal protocol, and a 3-month progressive lifestyle roadmap. A 30-minute follow-up call is included at the 6-week mark.
